The City of St. George offers a first time home buyer program:

  • This zero interest loan provides up to $10,000 toward down payment and closing cost assistance and is available for homes located in St. George City limits. Recently passed legislation, The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, provides a $7,500 tax credit to qualified first-time homebuyers:

The Five County Association of Governments offers a first time homebuyer program:

The Utah Housing Corporation provides resources to assist in the creation of attainable housing opportunities:
