What Initiatives is DAWHAC Pursuing?
DAWHAC has created a list of initiatives that will be researched and organized to present to cities for their input and adoption in order to meet the attainable housing needs of each community. Each program was rated and ranked and placed into one of four categories which include Government Regulations and Permitting, Ombudsman, Financial Assistance and Legal Policies. These initiatives were chosen from a list of over 100 different programs and ranked according to how easily they could be accomplished locally.
