DAWHAC Goals
The goal of DAWHAC is to be an advocate for workforce housing with the public sector. The results of these initiatives will allow DAWHAC to educate the public and distribute information to individual cities focusing on expediting workforce housing permits, developing quality design standards, encouraging municipalities to provide financial incentives, compiling examples of workforce housing developments, identifying available land sites, encouraging employer offered incentives and developing post development policing procedures.
